Guidelines for Contributors

For abstract submision, please first register your paper, using the form in Paper Registration section. In the field Presentation of this form you must specify either your paper should be an oral presentation (filling the field with the word oral) or a poster presentation (filling the field with the word poster). As a result of paper registration process, you will receive a Submission ID for your paper, which can be subsequently used in the form in Abstract Upload section, for uploading the abstract of the paper.

The abstract should be in English (400 words maximum; excluding authors names and affiliations) .

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee. A notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to the presenting authors. Also, you can check the status of your paper by using the form in Paper Status section.

All presenting authors of accepted abstracts are expected to register. Abstracts without a registered presenting author will be withdrawn from the program.
